Discover Ag Podcast
Michelle had the privilege of being a part of the Elevate Ag podcast Mastermind episode to discuss overcoming imposter syndrome as a first generation rancher among other topics close to her heart. With Natalie and Tara she was able to navigate these topics that have played a role since transitioning to life in Montana as a rancher. Sharing our lives online has always been tricky to navigate, how much is enough or are we doing it well and staying true to ourselves. Michelle has had strong convictions about keeping Instagram and other social media at an arms length as to not disrupt family dynamics but that is easier said than done sometimes. Growth is required for our business both on social media and in sales but we want any followers or customers to know that what you see online is what you get in real life, we attempt to show the good and the bad since ranching in such a cold climate is not always sunshine and rainbows. Michelle always says, if you meet us in person we don’t want you to be surprise or feel duped by our online presence, we want people to come along on this journey with us and celebrate the wins but also see some of our failures. Getting the opportunity to be on the Discover Ag podcast was a chance for Michelle to talk out some of those struggles and get real time advise from 2 knowledgeable women in Ag who have nailed down how to be present online and run multiple businesses.
